1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie batter according to the directions on the package. However use the half and half in lieu of water. Set side.
2Using a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, add cream cheese to bowl, soften cream cheese using mixer, Once softened add sugar. Continue mixing until thoroughly combined and cream cheese is free of lumps.
3Use a rubber spatula occasionally to scrap the sides of the bowl. Next add egg, mix until combined. Then add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Once fully mixed add red food coloring a few drops at a time, until you obtain the desired color.
4Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray sides and bottom of foil with cooking spray. Now pour in about 3/4th the brownie batter, spread batter evenly.
5Take cheesecake filling and layer evenly on top of brownie batter. Next place the remaining brownie batter over cheesecake filling. Using a knife, cut through the batter lengthwise several times, then horizontally to form marbled look.
6Bake brownies in oven according to the directions on the package, approx 30 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean once inserted into the middle.
7Once done, allow brownies to cool completely 1 1/2- 2 hours. Once cooled, remove from pan by lifting foil. Gently remove brownies from foil and place onto a cutting board. Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out 8 heart shaped brownies. If desired, decorate brownies with cream cheese frosting.
To decorate brownies use a pastry bag. Do not be afraid to experiment with various tips.
