1Pour wine along with garlic and thyme into a plastic zip-lock bag. Add steaks to bag. Marinate steaks for at least two hours.
1Remove steaks from bag and pat dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Season both sides of steaks with cajun rub, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
2Heat a cast iron skillet or large saute pan under medium high heat, add 1 tbsp cooking oil. when skillet is hot, place skillets in pan. Cook steaks approx. 4 minutess a side, or until desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to test temperature. Once done, allow steak to rest 10 minutes.
After cooking the steak, do not discard the drippings inside the skillet, you can use the left over drippings to saute some onions and mushrooms.
