1Pre- heat oven to 400 degrees. Soak wooden skewers in water until used. Clean, peel, and de- vein shrimp.
2In a bowl combine juice from the oranges, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. Next add shrimp. Fold shrimp in marinade to coat. Cover bowl with plastic-wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3When the shrimp are ready, discard marinade and add a piece of shrimp to one skewer lengthwise until secure. Place the shrimp skewers onto a baking sheet.
4Melt 1 tbsp of butter and brush shrimp with melted butter, then bake in oven for 18-20 minutes. While shrimp is in the oven, make the chocolate sauce.
5Using a double broiler, melt 1 tbsp of butter in the upper pot. Once melted add chocolate chips. Stir occasionally until chocolate is melted and thoroughly combined with butter.
6When the shrimps are ready, place chocolate sauce into a bowl and serve on a serving tray or cutting board.
